Shipping Estimate

Before purchasing your products, you can estimate your shipping costs by adding the product to your cart and on the lower left hand side of the screen, typing in in your country and postal code from the dropdown menu. From there you will be given a list of shipping estimates to choose from. If you have any questions or prefer any other shipping methods, contact us at info@theleathershop.com . 

Shipping & Delivery

All orders in the United States and Internationally are shipped by UPS or by USPS. The orders are also shipped with standard delivery unless otherwise specified. Please give us 2 – 3 business days to process your order for shipment, except for the “Expedition Bag” and “Heirloom Messenger” which are made to order and can take up to two weeks. Orders can also be tracked online. A tracking number and invoice will be emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped. Shipping fees are not refundable. Contact us at info@theleathershop.com for any questions. 

Privacy & Security

Protecting your online ordering information is very important to The Leather Shop. We use standard encryption technology (SSL-secure socket layer) that guarantees the safety and protection of your order. We neither sell nor share your information to outside companies or third parties.

Returns & Replacements

All returns are accepted within two weeks from date of delivery if the product is in the original condition it was received in, however we will not accept the product if it was worn, used, altered or damaged.  Furthermore, after two weeks The Leather Shop has the right to refuse any refunds or exchanges. Returns will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Shipping charges are not refunded. If there is a manufacturer’s defect, the product can be replaced with a new one, or reimbursed. Custom Orders are non refundable, and non returnable. Before returning or reimbursing the product, please contact The Leather Shop at info@theleathershop.com

Warranty
The Leather Shop offers a lifetime warranty from any manufacturer errors. We will cover any damage caused by a defect. This guarantee does not cover any damage that results from neglect, improper handling, abuse or common carrier damage. This guarantee also does not cover ordinary wear and tear.
Sales Tax

The Leather Shop only charges sales tax on sales in the state of Washington.

Custom Orders

Leather Care
Your Moose Brand product is designed to last a lifetime and age gracefully along the way. The only thing you need to care for your product is Neatsfoot oil or Hide Rejuvenator. Apply a light layer of oil with a cloth.
